AWICS first began trading in 1998 and since then has supported hundreds of clients in all parts of Britan and other countries.

AWICS' provide a full range of management consultancy and training services, principally to those who provide public services including local authorities, schools, collages, housing associations, health authorities, voluntary bodies and many more.

About Adrian Waite

Adrian Waite is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy, Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and Honorary Fellow of the Institute of Public Sector Management. He has experience as an accountant and senior manager in local government to Strategic Director level and eight years’ experience as a management consultant providing support to clients at national and local government level.

As Assistant County Treasurer at Staffordshire County Council, Adrian took the lead on the financial aspects of the Council’s European programmes. He performed a similar role at Copeland Borough Council as Finance Director and then Strategic Director. As a management consultant, Adrian has carried out Best Value Reviews of Economic Development services in places as diverse as East Dunbartonshire and Lewisham. He is a member of the European Panel of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy.
